you are a language FIEND!!

i studied mandarin a bit in college. thought i would really go for it... but then kind of... got interested in other things. where i studied though, it was really focused on reading, so pretty boring, and not really a study of communication. (i now read chinese but i only interpret the meaning, and not how to pronounce anything)

Latin and german... umm. yeah. latin definetely sounds like fun. never touched it though. i have many german friends, but they are all so incredible at english i was never inclined to actually get off my ass and learn a thing.

japanese i guess is obvious.

oh, i love languages, so that is what jumped out to me from your seven.

cheers!

Sasha - Thanks, although now I guess I look kinda cranky ;)

Cass - Heh, and I didn't mention Spanish, either. I tried to take Chinese and Japanese at the same time and started to get confused by the characters ("to drink" in Chinese is "to shout" in Japanese, etc) plus I was doing unsimplified characters, so I think I need to work on learning those better and then trying to learn. I love languages, too (can you tell?)
