I like the Diabetes In Control newsletter (which is for doctors) and I like to take the quiz. However, the new one stumped me. Well, in that I didn't see any of the answers I wanted in the list. I did end up picking their "right" answer (after saying, "What? How is that? What?")
Anyone else know what I mean? ;)

Yep. I picked every wrong answer and when I finally clicked on the right one, I said, "what?!"
It was my 2nd guess only because you guys said the answer didn't make sense...
Huh? How about the A1c or the foot problems? Or the BMI?
I totally agreed with their answer that she should be referred to an optho; I just also thought a CDE or change in regimens might be in order as well. I mean, A1c of 9.3 is high enough that changing something would likely lower it.
A BMI of 24 doesn't strike me as problematic.
